Sometimes! Recreation.gov, ReserveAmerica, Ontario Parks, BC Parks, and Parks Canada all have free native availability emails, and ReserveCalifornia also provides a Create Notification email workflow. We'd honestly recommend trying them. Limits vary by provider: some cap active alerts (3 on Recreation.gov and 5 on BC Parks), notices can go to everyone watching the same opening, and no notification holds the campsite for you. OpenCampsite exists for the trips where those limits bite.
