Help with an alert
Tell us the park or campground name, your trip dates, and whether you expected an email, text, or browser notification. Describe what happened and roughly when you noticed it. For a missing opening, include the dates and campsite type you saw on the official booking site.
You can review your alert's dates and delivery choices in your alerts dashboard. Our FAQ explains verification, notification timing, and how availability checks work.
Request a campground
Include the park name, state or province, and a link to its official reservation page. If you need a particular campground, permit, or camping area, name it too. This helps us find the right booking system and assess the request.
Keep account details private
Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, and private alert-management links. We can start with the location, dates, and a description of the problem. For changes to a campsite reservation or a refund, contact the official reservation provider that took your booking.
